It is not necessarily about relationships with like an ex-girlfriend or boyfriend. I believe that it is about anything at all from your past that is still hurting you. I know I'm not alone on this. We all have something that we regret doing or maybe somebody hurt you in one way or another. An alcoholic parent, an abusive husband. It doesn't matter what it is.
Everyone has demons from the past. Don't let it eat at you constantly or it will consume you and destroy you. Take a minute alone for yourself. Find the strength from within yourself. Or better yet just tell God how you feel. Whatever it takes, find a way to get past whatever it is that's bothering you. Be strong. You WILL overcome it.
